"In high school I was battling extreme anxiety as well as being overweight. It caused me to be insecure and ultimately led me to shutting myself off from people. Once I graduated, I realized that I had to make a difference for my health. This is when I decided to give Michelle a chance. She created a welcoming and positive environment that I needed in order to stay committed to the lifestyle change I was about to make. Since my first day of training, I have gone from not being able to do sit-ups and run more that a few minutes to losing 50 pounds, working out at least four times a week, and being able to run for miles. More importantly, my self confidence has gone up and my anxiety has gone way down! Not only has she helped me lose a significant amount of weight, but she has also helped me build more mental strength than I could have ever imagined possible. This experience with Michelle has taught me that working out isn’t just about physical health, it’s about mental health too. "I was morbidly obese for more than 25 years, but I was finally able to turn that around through diet and exercise. My exercise regime did not include weight training until I started with Michelle in 2013 after losing around 140 lbs. Michelle has played a major role since that time in helping me to maintain my weight loss, stay motivated, reshape and tone my body as well as improve my balance.  
One of the reasons I started with her is that variety is a key component to my success, and I needed to add something new to my exercise program. Nearly 4 years later I can honestly say that I never get bored with Michelle. She is very knowledgable and keeps things interesting. I have had a number of injuries over the years due to other activities (not from my training with her), and she always knows how to work around it to find something that won’t adversely affect me. She has helped me in so many ways, and gained my trust very quickly. I can do things now that I never would have dreamed of, especially now that I’m over 60." - Hollie
