My fitness journey began more than 15 years ago as a client. After working one-on-one with my trainer, I quickly became fascinated with the way I felt emotionally and the physical transformation. After that moment, I decided that fitness was my calling and my purpose.

I find so much joy in helping people, especially women,  learn to love themselves, create a positive body image and feel confident about themselves in all fitness stages.  It starts from the inside out. 

I personally move 5-6 days a week, and instruct a variety of classes and personal training (including onsite/at-home training) 7 days a week.  (Check out "My Workouts" page to learn more about the different group fitness classes I offer!)

I have obtained my BS in Health and Wellness and am working towards my masters in Health Administration. In order to continually grow my business, I enjoy and stay current with the rapid growth and trends of the fitness industry. I am 50 years of age with the mind set to keep moving and challenge myself at all times!
